The Patrouille de France is the precision aerobatic demonstration team of the French Air Force and is in the middle of a US tour to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the United States entry into World War I to fight alongside the French. This show at Mather was the only West Coast performance for the team on this tour and was also the first appearance of this new military transport. This A400M aircraft is used for support personnel and cargo transport, but also participated with a flight demonstration. Entering service in 2013, more than 170 of these aircraft are on order.
