A Singapore Airlines A350-900 spotted at a gate in Schiphol Airport.  A variety of sensors can be seen sprouting from the nose of the aircraft. These form part of the Air Data and Inertial Reference System, providing critical flight data to the pilots. The Airbus A350 is a family of long-range, twin-engine wide-body jet airliners developed by European aircraft manufacturer Airbus. The A350 is the first Airbus aircraft with both fuselage and wing structures made primarily of carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer.  Singapore currently operates 54 of these aircraft in their fleet.
