May 2024

German leisure carrier Condor has been using this distinctive livery on their brand new Airbus A330-900neo aircraft. The introduction of the blue livery completes the Condor trio of colors used on their long-haul fleet, colors represent elements of nature: green symbolizes “island,” beige represents “beach,” and this blue signifies “sea”. In April 2022, Condor revealed this new aircraft livery composed of distinctive stripes in bold colors over the entire fuselage, reportedly inspired by retro beach towels. First flown in 2017, the Airbus A330neo (“neo” for “New Engine Option”) is a wide-body jet airliner developed by Airbus from the Airbus A330 and this is one of 21 ordered for the Condor fleet to replace their Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.
