May 2023

German leisure carrier Condor marked the return of seasonal flights to San Francisco from Frankfurt with this distinctive livery on their brand new Airbus A330-900neo aircraft. First flown in 2017, the Airbus A330neo (“neo” for “New Engine Option”) is a wide-body jet airliner developed by Airbus from the Airbus A330 and this is one of 18 ordered for the Condor fleet.  In July 2021, Condor announced an order of Airbus A330-900 aircraft to replace their current Boeing 767-300ER fleet. In April 2022, Condor revealed an entirely new aircraft livery composed of distinctive stripes in bold colors over the entire fuselage, replacing the former Thomas Cook design. In December 2022, Condor received the first of 18 Airbus A330-900neo in Frankfurt to renew their entire long-haul fleet.
