My first airliner spotting session of 2017 allowed me to capture this very brightly colored Airbus operated by Icelandic low-cost carrier WOW Air. This new Airbus A330-300 is used for their Reykjavik-San Francisco route that began June 2016. The TF-GAY registration was chosen to show support of LGBT rights and to San Francisco’s role in the LGBT rights movement. WOW Air currently operates a fleet of twelve aircraft of which three are A330-300’s. Nikon D500 w/80-400mm, processed with Aperture.
