Captured this Hawaiian Airlines A330 in the golden hour light as we taxied by towards our gate.  Of Hawaiian’s current fleet of 61 aircraft, 24 are of this model. The airline names its individual aircraft for birds found in Polynesia as well as Polynesian constellations (in this example Lehuakona (Antares)) used to navigate to the Hawaiian islands. Hawaiian is the oldest US carrier that has never had a fatal accident or a hull loss throughout its history.  On the tail of the aircraft is Pualani (Flower of the Sky), the beloved icon of Hawaiian’s brand for more than four decades.  Fuji X-E2s w/18-135mm.
