Photographing white planes on a gloomy cloudy day isn’t always optimum, but this one caught my eye.  This is one of several American Airlines aircraft painted in heritage liveries to celebrate the brand’s lineage.  The A321 was the first derivative of the A320 family and first flew in 1993. This heavier and longer range A321-200 first flew in 1996 and is one of 219 A321-200s in the American fleet. Still in production, more than 1,600 have been delivered.  Nikon D500 w/Tamron 150-600mm.
