Interjet is a Mexican value carrier and is Mexico’s third largest airline. Since this photo, only three of these A320-200s remain in the Interjet fleet, and are in storage. First flown in 1984, the Airbus A320 family pioneered the use of digital fly-by-wire flight control systems, as well as side-stick controls, in commercial aircraft. As of Novmeber 2019, more than 9,100 Airbus A320-family aircraft have been delivered, with over 6,100 still on order.
