Eligibility Details

Candidates must have passed 10th (Matriculation) with minimum passing marks from a recognized school or board.

They should have good musical ability, including correct tempo, pitch, and the ability to sing a full song, perform a tune, use any music notation system, and play at least one instrument.

Candidates must also meet musical experience criteria, such as Grade 5 or higher from a recognized music institute, a diploma in Hindustani or Carnatic music, or certificate / awards from music events

Agniveer Vayu Medical Standard
For Male Candidates:

Minimum height should be 162 cm.
For Female Candidates:

Minimum height should be 152 cm.

If you’re from the North East or hilly areas of Uttarakhand, the minimum height accepted is 147 cm.

If you’re from Lakshadweep, the minimum height required is 150 cm.
Chest Measurements:
-
For Males: Chest should be well-built. It must measure at least 77 cm, and should expand by at least 5 cm when you take a deep breath.

For Females: Chest should also be well-developed, and must expand by at least 5 cm.
Hearing Ability:
You must have normal hearing. You should be able to hear a whispered voice clearly from 6 meters away, with each ear separately.
General Health:
You should be physically and mentally fit to work anywhere in the world, no matter the weather or terrain.
You must not have any major or minor disease, disability, infection, or skin problem—whether current or hidden.
