Agility Training OSRS – The fastest method, the easiest method, and several alternatives for the last levels (52-99)
Agility Training OSRS – Fastest experience farming
Levels 1–10: Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
Earn a max of 8k experience per hour, with 86.5 experience per run, 13,5 laps for level 10
Levels 10–20/30: Draynor Village Rooftop Course
9,000 experience per hour, each lap yielding 120 experience. It takes approximately 28 laps to reach level 20
Levels 20–25/30: Al Kharid Rooftop Course
9,360 experience per hour when using stamina potions, each lap yielding 180 experience. It will take roughly 50 laps to reach level 30
Levels 25–48: Werewolf Skullball
Requires the quest Creature of Fenkenstrain and ring of charos (wear)
18,000 experience per hour, with each game taking 2 minutes and 30 seconds on average and yielding 750 experience
(easier but slower) Levels 30–40: Varrock Rooftop Course
13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take about 101 laps to get from level 30 to 40
(easier but slower) Levels 40–48/52/60: Canifis Rooftop Course
19,500 experience per hour, although with fails players are likely to see experience rates of around 14,000–16,000 experience per hour
Levels 48–52/60: Ape Atoll Agility Course
30,000-35,000 experience per hour. With stamina potions, this can be increased to roughly 45,000-50,000 experience per hour
(easier but slower) Levels 50–60: Falador Rooftop Course
20,500–22,000 experience per hour
Agility Training OSRS – Levels 52–99: Hallowed Sepulchre
Requires the quest Sins of the Father to access this course, and level 66 Thieving recommended
up to 90,000–95,000 experience per hour if only looting the Grand Hallowed Coffin on the final floor

- 52–60 Level up: Wilderness Agility Course
- 60–80 Level up: Seers’ Village Rooftop Course
- 60–99 Level up: Werewolf Agility Course
- 70–80 Level up: Pollnivneach Rooftop Course
- 75–99 Level up: Prifddinas Agility Course
- 80–90 Level up: Rellekka Rooftop Course
- 90–99 Level up: Ardougne Rooftop Course
Agility Training OSRS – Easiest experience farming
Levels 1–33: Questing
Early levels can be skipped by completing quests that give Agility experience. Completing Recruitment Drive, The Tourist Trap (using experience on Agility two times), The Depths of Despair and The Grand Tree will grant a total of 19,700 experience
Levels 33–74: Barbarian Fishing
Levelling Fishing from level 58 to 99 by Barbarian Fishing would get the player from level 33 Agility to 74, and it will also help you with your strength experience
