With a pleasant surprise of sunshine and enough walking to make me crash, our last day spent in New York was quite splendid. As I make my way up the ranks through high school (get.me.out.of.here), college approaches, and so we felt it justified to walk to NYU in between our shopping endeavors. I have to say, I think it is fate that the kinda-sorta-like-a-campus scenery included this blog-worthy side street, where the French branch is located. Just walking around Washington Square Park and the bustling streets, donning my envelope skirt and blazer (my girly James Bond-like uniform) , I felt like I really belonged there. Oh how I love you, New York.
As typical following every trip, I soon after returned back to reality, but with high hopes within reach; school ending in roughly 30 days, my birthday celebrations this weekend (check back for an "interesting" post), and many travels ahead. Sophomore year, you're finally ending. Hope your week has been going well and that you have a nice weekend ahead of you as well! xoxo
