Better late than never. Amsterdam Fashion Week happened 2 weeks ago but since I’ve been busy, had to wait for a video to be ready and hadn’t sorted through my pictures yet, I’m showing you the highlights of that 2-day adventure today.
Of course I already showed you some stuff on instagram since me and 10 other influencers showed our behind the scenes at AFW snaps for InnerCirqle in collaboration with Bloggernet. Nonetheless I didn’t want to keep these 2 highlights from you, one of which was the Avelon Fall 2015 show which was definitely my favorite show of the entire week. Avelon is a brand that matches my style and aesthetics really well anyways and I’m especially fond of their leather pieces but in this collection the chunky knits, coats and that striped suit in the 4th picture blew me away. No better way to celebrate Avelons 5th-year anniversary than with a strong and gorgeous fall collection.
Another highlight was my stay at Hotel Room Mate Aitana, a gorgeous modern hotel at a great location (have you ever been to IJdok in Amsterdam? It’s gorgeous!) with gorgeous rooms and really good service. After a hectic day running around with a camera crew (more about that tomorrow) there’s nothing better than landing in a good hotel that has everything you need and more.
