May 2013
The final stop of the ISAP XII symposium field trip took us to The Museum of Flight in Seattle. The “Airpark” area houses their larger aircraft outdoors. First flown in 1969, the iconic Concorde entered service in 1976 and continued flying until its retirement in 2003. This is one of only twenty Concordes ever built, is the only one on display on the West Coast and one of only four outside Europe. Nikon D300 w/Tokina 11-16mm.
