At the Pioneers Festival in Vienna, Slovak company AeroMobil presented their amazing, cool, science-fiction flying car: AeroMobil 3.0 . This is a third attempt of these daring enthusiasts to build a fully functioning flying car. Two previous versions that they built were not that successful, but it seems that the AeroMobil 3.0 is the version everybody was waiting for.

The AeroMobil version 2.5 was flying briefly last year . However, it seemed unstable and didn’t achieve much altitude at the time. According to the designers of this magnificent sci-fi vehicle the current flying car prototype AeroMobil 3.0 incorporates significant improvements and upgrades to the previous pre-prototype AeroMobil 2.5.

AeroMobil designers started to work on the first version of their flying car, back in 1990. But it took them almost 24 years (from 1990 to 2014) and 3 different versions of the car in order to build the final prototype. Right now the AeroMobil 3.0 is ready for production, so while you are waiting for it to hit the stores, be sure to get your pilot licence in time.
