Before Baby Ralph was born, Wade and I went on more adventures than I can count. A handful of times we were just sitting at dinner and just decided to drive to the airport and jump on a plane. Crazy right? It’s hard to imagine there was a time when we could just stop what we were doing and go! In the past, all of our travels provided different experiences and I know I will forever treasure the memories that we had just the two of us.

Since Ralph was born, we have slowed down a little bit. Not because we really want to but simply to enjoy these early days with our sweet baby and adjust to life as a family of 3. Even though we are not just dropping everything and heading to the airport (there is a bit more planning involved when traveling with a little), we have made it a point to begin to take Ralph on little adventures. We have been inspired by brands like Royal Caribbean to create adventures with our family and break out of the normal routine. I have also heard that if you start them young it makes them easier travelers when they are older, so we are going with it!

Our first adventure was a trip to Nantucket. 2 plane rides with a 7 week old sounds scary but it really was probably the easiest of the three trips we have taken with the baby thus far. Our second trip with baby Ralph was a week in Miami. At the time Ralph was 6 months old and this really was the perfect age to introduce him to the swimming pool. I think we have a future fishy on our hands!

Baby Ralphs latest getaway was a long weekend in Los Angeles. He enjoyed going to the pool, the sunshine, laying outside, strolling around and of course napping! I know he is so little to remember any of these fun experiences we have had with him but they have been such fun memories to make with our new family.

While we have yet to bring our little on a Royal Caribbean adventure, I know that a ship to shore adventurous vacation will be in our near future. With ships that have something for everyone and accommodate whatever stage of life you are in (couples, friends trip, family trip); Royal Caribbean allows you to break out of your routine to get away on the most adventurous vacation. With over 250 destinations around the world, Royal Caribbean is a brand that encourages you to get out and do something. To make memories and I love that about them.

As someone who is currently all about making memories and bringing our family on fun holidays, Royal Caribbean is a brand that I admire for encouraging people to do this because at the end of the day, that’s what life is all about!

This post was brought to you by Royal Caribbean. All opinions are my own!
