   Your Shop Name and address
   Your choice of AD time 
   (currently 2 months / 5 dollars is the only option)
      Let me know if you want me to make your AD or not  (a 125x125 button)
  

2) Sent your payment to the paypal address I will give you - $5 for 2 months
