When Robin passed away last year, I was devastated. He was probably my favorite actor of all time. What he was able to do in both drama and comedy, and how he mastered both, showed that he was truly one of the greatest talents of our time.
BEST PERFORMANCE
Good lord. How do I choose? Dramatically, I thought he was perfect in Dead Poets Society, Good Will Hunting, and What Dreams May Come. Comedically, I’d probably put Mrs. Doubtfire out in front, but I also can’t ignore his iconic performance as the Genie in Aladdin, which changed the way Disney made movies for years to come.
MOST ICONIC PERFORMANCE
Again. How do I choose just one? To many people, he’s iconic for being on Mork and Mindy, or as the voice of Genie in Aladdin. But he’s also perhaps just as iconic as Peter Pan in Hook or Mrs Doubtfire.
MOST UNDERRATED PERFORMANCE
This has to go to either Death To Smoochy or One Hour Photo. Two little seen movie, both he was absolutely brilliant in. Honorable Mention: I thought he was really good in Man Of The Year even if the movie wasn’t that great.

The Angriest Man In Brooklyn, by far the worst movie he’s made. Runner Up: Father’s Day, the terribly unfunny comedy featuring him and Billy Crystal.
