Piliyandala Police said four youth were arrested for riding motorcycles using only a single wheel and at high speed in an unsafe manner on Saturday afternoon.
The motorcycles that the four youths were riding have also been taken into police custody The arrested youths are between the ages of 18, 19, 20 and reside in Maharagama and Piliyandala. The youths will be produced before the Kesbewa Magistrate’s Court.
