A 12-year-old boy was accidentally shot and killed in a Keating Street home late Tuesday, police said.In cases like these, the only question is often whether the kid should be charged as an adult or not, and that's when they do talk about charges.
Police were questioning the boy who was accused of firing the rifle shot, a 13-year-old, later Tuesday. It was unclear if any charges were planned.
I'd like to know why the parents of guardians are not involved. They should be held responsible, along with the gun owner if that is a different person.
