Plot: Les Hackel is a guy down on his luck who wakes to find an explosive device has been implanted in his neck.

Story: Abruptio starts when Les sees his everyday life turned upside down. His girlfriend leaves him and he spends his time seeing strange events around the town. However, this is just the beginning, as Les discovers an explosive device implanted in his neck.
As Les starts following the instructions, he leaves a path of destruction. However, the bigger picture leads him down a path where he looks to break the new system that is taking over the world.
Verdict on Abruptio
Abruptio is a unique horror movie following a man who sees his life unfolding. All while the world is changed and he seems to be the only one able to see the change that needs to happen. As he investigates the truth, he learns an even more disturbing truth.
This is a unique idea with the use of life-sized puppets with talented voice-over work. The story feels a lot like ‘They Live’ where someone sees something bigger and more dangerous going on in the world. It takes us down a wild ride that leaves us shocked by the truth behind everything going on. If you want one of the most unique movies of the year, this is going to be that movie.
Final Thoughts –Abruptio is oddly unique and disturbing all at the same time.
