About Vintage has a unique story behind their watches. Currently, each one of the watches have unique dates with meanings. The one we reviewed was the 1815 rose gold chronograph. The reason they 1815 is so important to About Vintage is because that was the year the chronograph technique was invented and first designed.
To me, I think that this is a really interesting and cool way to dedicate an entire watch line to the person who invented and designed the first chronograph watch.
To make these watches even more unique, each one of these timepieces have its individual number engraved on the case back (mines number 97, just in case you were dying to know). Something that's small like this can make a watch seem a lot more important to watch collectors.
What I really like about this watch, and what clearly stands out, is how carefully designed these timepieces are with quality materials. Each and every watch from About Vintage has sapphire glass, 316 high precision casing, genuine leather strap, water resistant, and a 2 year guarantee.
This timepiece is definitely more of a classy watch. It's sharp and would be the perfect dress watch for work or fancier events. I got to test out the rose gold and the one complement I got the most was because of the blue hands. out of the 50+ watches I have, blue hands just isn't something that's on any of them. So this small, but intriguing add on will grab the attention of others!

Final Thoughts
Overall, I thought this watch was attractive and made of quality material, which was easily noticeable. About Vintage has a large selection of colors that you can pick through, including different genuine leather watch bands. The only negative I would say about the watch is I wish they had a larger size. Now this isn't a negative of the watch, it's more of a personal preference. I'm a lot taller than most people, so to wear a watch that is only 41mm, it can look quite small.
Size aside, this is an attractive watch that is at a more than reasonable price, and looks great! This is something that will stand out. And to make the watch even better, it comes in hands down the best packaging I've gotten for any watch, pure wood.
