Thoughts on Habit
Thoughts – Habit is an urban horror that will take us into the busy streets of Manchester in the darkest corners of the underworld of everyday life, showing us how a certain group of people are acting to stay on top of everything in the game. This is a story that will show how easily people who have struggled with emotional damage in life can easily be taken into this world, being it could be their only escape from the daily struggles. Once in the world, we will see things going in drastic direction, one that you wouldn’t expect and strangely doesn’t get completely explained, even though it has the desire of the character to do what they do. The world does feel flashy with how they operate, going against poverty situation the characters find themselves in. The performances in the film are fine, but nobody stands out to the highest level, which could have made a bigger impact in the film.
Final Thoughts – Habit is a disturbing horror that leaves unanswered questions.
