Why I’ve Picked this choice – When it comes to World War Z, it was one of the only books I read before seeing the film, while there is a big difference in everything, it does seem to create the idea of original stories that it feels like Gerry (Brad Pitt) is falling into, be it the opening escape from the big city, the military base, the plane sequence or the religious city filled with chaos, all in the rush for the survival against the new rise of the undead. This film does use the aggressive zombies which does add peril to nearly every scene making them more action heavy and is one that should really be enjoyed, even if the darker ending is changed from the original idea for a series of film.
