This month we are going to be taking on the films I enjoy, my favourites of all time. I have a strange taste in movies, so be ready to expect some true greats and some you could never see on anyone’s favourites list. I will only be picking movies on this list and it will just be my discussing my picks rather than giving full reviews.
Nightmare on Elm Street
Why I’ve Picked this choice – When it comes to horror the 80’s became the rebirth of the genre by creating new icons for the genre, here we got Freddy Krueger that struck fear into teenagers through their dreams. We had an early role for Johnny Depp and this movie would be the one that took Wes Craven to the next level of directing. This movie launch the studio to the next level and the money it made, who went onto make the Lord of the Rings franchise.
