Verdict on A Working Man

Recap

The movie follows an everyday construction worker who reluctantly agree to locate his boss’s abducted daughter. He uses his former military skills to track down the people behind it and face up against the ruthless Russian Mafia.

Best Parts

The action sequences are brilliant and unleash the Jason Statham one man army sequences. It keeps the stories simple by following Levon deal with the threats and of course the more traditional saving kidnapped loved one. This doesn’t stop Jenny being more than a damsel in distress and a plucky fighter.

Worst Parts

This does play into a few stereotypes when it comes to gangsters and mafia members. It also uses connections but only barely returns to them in the future.

Final ThoughtsA Working Man is great, hard hitting action movie.
