For fans of Julia Quinn, Eloisa James and Sarah MacLean, comes Isabella Bradford's enthralling new trilogy of London's most scandalous rakes, the Breconridge Brothers, who are about to lose their hearts... As the eldest son of the Duke of Breconridge, Harry Fitzroy is duty-bound to marry well. Lady Julia Barclay, the catch of the season, seems the perfect candidate. But a fall from his horse throws his plan awry and he finds himself trapped in the country in the care of Julia's younger sister. Harry has never met a woman like Lady Augusta. Utterly without artifice, Gus seems to care not a fig for society. After a taboo kiss awakens an unexpected passion, Harry realizes he'd almost given his heart to the wrong sister. Now he must use his most seductive powers to convince Gus that she belongs with him - as his equal, his love, his wife. Before the Breconridge Brothers, came the Wylder sisters. Don't miss a moment of the romantic and captivating debut trilogy from Isabella Bradford: When You Wish Upon a Duke, When The Duchess Said Yes and When The Duke Found Love.

This is another one of those stories where the man is chasing the wrong sister, and thankfully finds the correct one before its too late. It shows that a beauty on the outside isn’t always a beauty on the inside but a beauty on the inside is also beautiful on the outside. Gus is the kind of heroine that I really like, she might sacrifice herself for her elder sister but she isn’t blind to who Julia really is, a selfish petty person. Harry is also a likable character, and realizes quickly enough that Julia isn’t right for him when she abandons him in his sickbed after she is really the reason he is there. Then he see’s the true beauty that Gus is as she is the one to fight for him against the doctors who want to amputate his leg. Gus is smart enough and strong enough to stand up against anyone when she thinks she’s in the right. She also talks to the servants and listens to them while many in her station tend to just ignore them. I like how Harry and Gus come together in this story, they both want to protect the other and do so fiercely. But they also don’t hide things from the other, even when they want to and that’s what I like about them. They communicate and work together the best that they can for their own relationship. It makes for a great story and an enjoyable read.
