A Very Rare Moment Of Honesty From Donald Trump (This caricature of Donald Trump is by DonkeyHotey.)
We know that Donald Trump lies incessantly, exaggerates his minuscule accomplishments,  and attacks his opponents with false accusations. And he never apologizes for any of that. Instead of apologizing, he finds some excuse, however weak, to justify what he said.
But Trump surprised everyone a couple of days ago when he had an extremely rare moment of honesty. He actually admitted that, if he is wrong about North Korea (which is undoubtably is), he would probably refuse to admit he was wrong. Instead, he would find an excuse to justify himself.
Here's what he told the media in that rare moment of honesty:
“Honestly, I think he’s going to do these things. I may be wrong, I mean I may stand before you in six months and say, hey, I was wrong — I don’t know that I’ll ever admit that, but I’ll find some kind of an excuse.” — President Trump, quoted by the New York Times, on his agreements with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
