I finished my internship! Nine months of tears, laughs, hard work, pain, joy, and above all an immense amount of learning about myself, Jesus, and the world: donezo. We celebrated with sparklers, as you can see worked wonderfully. I can't describe how much I learned and how blessed I was to work with the six other staff members in the first photo. what. a. year. Now, on to what(ever)'s next!
My very best friends graduated, and the post-college spreading out of friends is about to begin--that cutie on the right, my best friend since 8th grade, leaves for a year exploration of Australia in just 10 days!
I said goodbye to one of my best college girlfriends, which was my first real Bellingham goodbye. Tears in Starbucks? Slightly embarrassing, totally unavoidable. And, I moved into the house I'm staying in for two months, with this adorable little mop named Gizmo! Seriously, dogsitting is the best gig ever. Expect precious pup photos galore in the next month.A lot of crazy, amazing things have happened in the last two weeks, but unfortunately, some really hard things have happened as well. My family is going through an extremely difficult time of change, in several ways--if you believe in the power of prayer, send some up for us if you think about it! I am excited and ready to get back to blogging and creating in lots of ways, and I want to say thank you to everyone reading. I've missed you! xo.
