It’s official!!! Serena Williams has wed Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian in a Beauty and the Beast themed ceremony in New Orleans at the Contemporary Arts Center on Thursday evening.
The star-studded ceremony brought all of our favorites like Beyoncé, Ciara, LaLa Anthony, Kelly Rowland, New Edition and Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour, who were all “expected to dress to the theme.” According to a source upon arrival, the high-profile guests were greeted with “Be Our Guest” while sipping cocktails before the ceremony. Another highlight of the wedding was the couple’s 2-month-old daughter.
A source said that Serena did a dress change for the reception, which is expected to last until 3am.
New Edition is reportedly performing a 5 song set for the couple’s reception.
The guest was not allowed to bring phones or camera’s inside the venue, so we’ll just have to wait and see the official pics of the beautiful bride when she releases them.
