I used stamps by Darcy at PaperArtsy (and bugs by Jofy) to make this card approx 5" x 7" in size. The background is made using Distress Ink pads.
I used masks and stencils and distress ink pads to create this journal page.
To create the tag below I used paint, distress ink pad in rusty hinge.
I stamped in black and added Washi tape and other bits n pieces to finish the tag off.
