The Samsung Galaxy S21 launch event might be just around the corner, but that won't stop leaks. Well-known tipster Evan Blass has apparently posted Italian infographics confirming camera specs for the Galaxy S21 family, including the ultra with the longest range.
As you can imagine, the Ultra's camera specs would be the highlight of the Galaxy S21 series. You'd see a 108-megapixel main camera again (if it's likely a next-gen sensor), but then there are two 10-megapixel telephoto cameras and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter. You can also expect laser autofocus like you've seen in the Galaxy Note 20. A 40-megapixel front camera delivers high-resolution selfies.
The Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus have more pedestrian camera specifications than the S20 models. According to reports, you're sticking to "just" one 12-megapixel main sensor and your telephoto shots are still being clipped by a 64-megapixel camera. Again, you can expect a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 10MP front sensor.

No new features are mentioned in the camera specs, although previous leaks suggest that the Galaxy S21 line can capture both front and rear video at the same time and can capture 8K footage at 30 frames per second. Any practical improvements over the S20 range are usually achieved either through improvements in sensor quality or through software tricks.
You won't have to wait long to check out the camera specs when Samsung launches the Galaxy S21 on January 14th. However, provided those details are correct, the cameras can appeal mostly to those upgrading from S10 and earlier phones - you won't be in a rush if you bought an S20 last year.
