In an effort to play aggressive doubles, recreational players need to learn how to move forward towards the ball and not WAIT for the ball to come to them. I do a series of "No Bounce Doubles Drills" to make my players move forward and create muscle memory. I always make a game out of the drills because no one likes to lose!
Practice this drill with your teammates, and afterward, use it in a practice match.
As always, my goal is to give you the tips and tools you need to be the best tennis players you can be. If you have any questions about rules, strategies, or situations that happened to you on the court, please tell me about it in the comments section below and I'll address it in a future video! Also, be sure and share my posts with your tennis friends, and connect with me through my social media links underneath my bio in the sidebar.
