Spending day 10 discussing our ‘currently reading‘ books must surely have added quite a few more books to our ever-growing TBR file. So today, we are here to discuss the next book in the TBR file we can’t wait to attack this summer.

Today we are all set to check out our next book to read in our list and share it with our friends here. All of us voracious readers know that we have a TBR list big enough to last our lives, maybe even after-lives. Selecting a book to read next from the exhaustive list is an exhaustive task indeed. But then some of our favorite authors make things easy for us by enticing us with their next new release.
My next in line is a Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni book – The Forest of Enchantments. Indian mythology is an unknown territory for most of us. For those who know of it, you would know that the mythological stories favor the male race a bit too much. Ms. Divakaruni has taken it upon her to narrate the female perspective of these stories. After a narration of Mahabharata through The Palace of Illusions from Draupadi’s point of view, now she has come with ‘The Forest of Enchantments‘ which say Ramayana from Sita’s point of view. I recently got sent a review copy of The Perfect Wife by JP Delaney via Net Galley (release date 8th August 2019). I loved The Girl Before, and so can’t wait to see what else this author has to offer.

Um, honestly, that would have to be Notna by J. D. Cunegan. I’ve read his Jill Anderson urban fantasy/crime series, and positively adored his style–but this is a paranormal adventure, so it’s going to be a bit different–I’m anxious to know how well he does with this genre!

I’m excited to read Heloise by Mandy Hager. It’s based on the ill-fated lovers in the infamous French novel. Here’s the blurb:
