14 year old Payton Wall wrote a letter to President Obama telling her about her father who dies in the 9/11 tragedy. in the letter she also mentioned about her love for Justin Bieber. He met her at Ground zero this year and told her that he would arrange a meeting for her with his ‘buddy Justin’. Her dream came true on Saturday when she got to meet him with her sister Avery, and best friend Madison at Macy’s in Herald Square in New York City. They were at the VIP section of the eight story mall. it is reported that Justin asked them whether they liked his new perfume and whether they were wearing it. Payton came with a life size cut out of the President and took pictures with Justin.Now that is a Lucky Girl.
