How do I register and how much is the registration fee?

Registration for 7-Eleven Run 1000 shall be done online through this website. More details can be found in our registration page. Once your 7-Connect Reference Number has been generated, proceed to any 7-Eleven store to pay the registration fee. Once you’ve paid, your registration will be considered completed. NOTE: Pay at any 7-Eleven store within 24hrs to complete your registration, otherwise you will have to register again.

How do I know if my registration is successful (after payment)?

Registered participants will be included in our database within 24 hours. Click here.

Is there anywhere else I can register?

All registration must be done online. To complete your registration, you must proceed to any 7-Eleven store and pay your Registration Fee.

When is the last day of Registration?

Online Registration is until January 5 only. Last day of payment is until January 6.

Can I join the event without registering?

No, all runners without Race Kits will be directed off the course immediately.

What time does the race start?

Race will start depending on the category you have registered. See Race Schedule.

Will there be enough parking space at the event?

Yes, there will be enough parking available for participants near the staging area. Final parking areas will be posted so check the site from time to time.

Do you have a lost & found station in case I lose something on the race course?

Yes. We will have a Lost & Found Station for items that were lost and found on race day. If you are missing a personal item, please email the event office at [email protected] with “Lost & Found” as subject.

Can I get the race kit as soon as I’ve paid for my registration?

No. You will have to claim your Race Kit at the same store where you paid during the specified schedule. Claim date will be indicated in your receipt.

Can I just claim my race kit from a different 7-Eleven Store from where I paid?

No. You will have to claim your Race Kit and Race Shirt from the same store where you paid for your registration. This may not be changed because your orders will automatically be routed to the store you paid at. No changes may be made once you have paid. Remember to choose the 7-Eleven store most convenient for you to access as you will have to return to pick up your Race Kit and Shirt if you ordered one.

I lost my official receipt. Can I still claim my race kit?

You may still claim your Race Kit at the same store where you paid, provided that you present a Valid ID (with picture) when claiming.

When I will get my finisher shirt?

Finisher shirts will be given right finishing the race. Claim stub is found on the Race bib.
