You get all of the bells and whistles that comes with a low-priced power cage, included 2” by 2” steel construction, safety pins, a multi-grip pull-up bar, and a total weight capacity of 800lbs.
The lat pulldown attachment is a top and bottom pulley system that attaches at the back of the cage. A chrome rail slides the pulley easily up and down, and Fitness Reality ships a pair of lat pulldown bars (39” and 20”) that are padded for comfort and a secure grip.

Thick safety arms are there to help spot you and protect your gym floor and weights. And a long arcing pull-up bar lines the top of the cage.
The pulley system is a built-up version of the smaller Fitness Reality cage reviewed earlier, but has the same top and bottom configuration, and you get a long pulldown bar and a shorter row bar along with the cage and lat pulldown attachment.

Titan Fitness T-3 Power Rack with Lat Pulley
Titan Fitness is one of the best makers of high-quality fitness gear for home and box gyms. I’ve had a chance to use and review a lot of their stuff over the past few years, and I have always been impressed with their durability and reasonable price points.
Whether it’s their ham glute slider, push-pull weight sled, or their lat pulldown bars, Titan Fitness brings it.

Besides having a name that I can relate to (“Hulk smash!”), HulkFit makes some snazzy racks and equipment for garage and home gyms. I’ve had a chance to take their half rack and cable cross-over machine attachment for a rip and was impressed with the toughness of the gear.
While they sell the lat pulldown attachment separately, the thing isn’t designed to fit the holes and set-ups of other kinds of racks and cages, so you either have already own the HulkFit cage (which is an awesome power cage, by the way), or buy it (at around $350 for the base model, it’s an excellent deal for a high-grade cage).

To call this an attachment isn’t very accurate. It’s basically a lat pulldown machine that happens to clip to your Rogue Monster Power Rack.
Framed with 3 inch by 3 inch American steel, this thing is an absolute beast.
Instead of adding weight plates to your lat pulldown attachment, this is basically a gym lat machine, with a 300lb weight stack, adjustable foam rollers to keep your legs in place, and a heavy-duty seat pad.
Beneath the seat pad is a foot plate and a pulley cable with which you can convert the machine quickly for seated rows.
Rogue ships this badass lat pulldown attachment with carabiners, Rogue’s stainless steel lat bar, and band attachment pins to change weight resistance quickly and effortlessly.
As you can probably guess, this monster isn’t cheap, running at around $2,500 (check Rogue’s website to see if its in stock and current pricing).
Rogue’s gear, which I have reviewed and owned plenty of over the years (including their adjustable weight bench, hip thruster pad, barbells for home gyms, and much more), is pricy, but it’s legit. Their equipment is battle-tested by athletes, their products are made in the USA, and I simply trust that they are going to send me something that will last.
For the Rogue Monster Power Rack owner, this is a worthy investment.
