This week I interviewed collage artist/illustrator Vanessa Sicre who has a forthcoming exhibition at The Bricklane Gallery on 5th - 16th December 2012. This exhibition will feature a series of her collages produced using genuine bank notes which are no longer in circulation.

What are you currently reading? This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald and The Art Spirit by Robert Henri - I like to have a few books on the go.

What's the inspiration for your art? Tribal art, folklore, sculpture, photography, fashion, the Surrealists, extensive travel and life experiences.

If you were a biscuit what would you rather be? I'd rather be a crisp: Kettle Chips, Doritos or Walkers...
