1. Don't ever skip breakfast. It speeds up your metabolism for the entire day, allowing any food you eat throughout the day to be processed and burned quicker. Even if it's something light and quick, it will give your metabolism the boost it needs to speed up for the day!
2. Putting cucumbers on your eyes freshens them up, reduces swelling and darkness, and gives your eyes a glowing, renewed appearance.
3. Use baking soda on your teeth for a natural whitener. (Or hydrogen peroxide 1-2 times a week on a q tip)
4. Spray your hairbrush with perfume and run it through your hair to make your hair smell good all day long.
5. Put a drop of vaseline on your eyebrows to keep them clean and gorgeous all day long.
