There is no doubt in my mind, that the most popular entertainment place for kids in Tbilisi is "Mtatsminda". Sounds like some sort of magic spell and maybe it does hold a bit of magic for the young at heart! Mtatsminda is the mostt popular amusement park in Tbilisi and it is typically pretty crowded as a result.

The park is located on mount Mtatsminda, at the height of 770 m where you can enjoy the best view of the city. This huge park spreads over 1sq km and is full of attractions for both kids and adults alike. The park is so big that a small train edges around the park to take visitors to their attraction of choice.

The kids will absolutely love the bright colors and extraordinary look of sculptures in the park. Those upside down houses and fantastic creatures will make you stand in the line to grab a ''selfie''. One of the key attractions of the amusement park is an 8m Ferris wheel, it will take you about 12 minutes for a circle; which means that you have 12 minutes to sit back and simply enjoy the view of Tbilisi.

As soon as you step in the café you get lost in the palette of bright colors and neon lights. The first thing that will catch your eye is a pretty unique menu - a projector above the table displays the menu on the table. This is only the beginning of great surprises and fun in café Innova. The drinks are served in test-tubes and for a minute it will feel like you are the mad scientist experimenting with different dangerous liquids. So much fun, the kids will love you forever if you take them here!

Astra Park offers a huge variety of entertainment including karting, billiard, bowling, 7D cinema, shooting, video games zone and etc. The best thing about the park is that you can spend the whole day playing with your kids, dining, enjoying movies and never get tired .... well maybe the kids will never get tired haha! The park is open till midnight so you will have as much time as you can muster! Why not try and win a few prizes whilst you are there!?

Park Rike

Rike Park is an unique and modern park, located right in the heart of Tbilisi. The park is located on the east bank of the river Kur and is connected to west side with Peace Bridge. By the way, the bridge is another popular attraction of the city due to the fact that it is made of glass and steel! On the opposite bank of the river there is a ropeway to Narikala fortress.

It seems that the park has once become the platform for modern architects who created the most extravagant and non-traditional buildings and sculptures. Here, you can also find the concert hall and exhibition center, a building that looks a bit like a huge metallic tube.

On every step and corner you will find an unique sculpture; even branches tend to look different here. The kids will enjoy playing hide and seek in the labyrinth or maybe they can challenge their parent to a game of giant chess.

Of course one of the easiest ways to travel is to join a tour, so make sure you grab a spot on this popular tour to Georgia. Looking beyond the attractions for the kids; there are so many beautiful places to visit and explore in Georgia. We love discovering new areas on foot, so why not go on exploring the country by hiking and trekking in Georgia.
