5 Things To Do at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Reading

By Djridings @fivethingsnow

Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Reading.

This hotel is situated about a fifteen minutes walk from the city center.

The beauty of a wedding at the Crowne Plaza is that the ceremony, accommodation, and wedding breakfast are all in the comfort of the same venue which makes being a guest truly pleasurable. The hotel seemed to be a perfect venue for a wedding.

Here are 5 things to do at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Reading.

1. Relax in the comfort of the main lobby where you will be entertained by a pianist in the evening whilst you have  a drink.

2. Ask if the hotel has a particular theme when you go. Over the Christmas period the hotel was dressed impressively with an American theme.

3. Enjoy a swim, sauna and jacuzzi in the modern spa in the hotel.

4. Enjoy breakfast in the morning after your stay over. This is perhaps the nicest hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. There was a wide range of food and drink including a full English breakfast and even different fruit smoothies.

5. Leave the hotel from the back entrance and have a walk along the river. The hotel is on the river and you can easily stroll out or go for a morning run.
