Quill is a new fine dining restaurant and cocktail bar in central Manchester which focuses on British food and excellent quality.

This week we had the pleasure of dining at Manchester’s luxurious Quill.
One
Sit overlooking the bustle of fashionable King Street. Quill has a perfect location in the heart of high end Manchester. You will not want to rush at Quill. Perfect cocktails and fine dining on Manchester’s flagship street.

Choose from one of several menu options. Quill offer an impressive nine course tasting menu with offerings such as scallops and salt cod served with chocolate or Hay-Smoked Lamb Rump Anchovy. Quill suggests wine pairings with every course on their tasting menu which is a perfect solution. If you fancy a vegetarian tasting menu then this is also available at Quill. Of course there is also an impressive a la carte menu for diners to enjoy too.

Relax over lunch at Quill. They offer a two, three or six course lunch menu. We opted for the six lunch menu which was sublime. One of us decided to go for the vegetarian six course menu which was imaginative to say the least. You will be amazed at how many ways beetroot can be prepared – superb!

The Manchester afternoon tea offerings has been a little lack luster until now. Quill changes this. How about the luxury champagne tea for two? – Assorted Sandwiches. Scones And Strawberry Jam With Clotted Cream. Selection Of Cakes. Choice Of Tea Or Coffee. With A Bottle Of Veuve Clicquot. Afternoon tea can be served in the garden room.
