Trade Union is a large open plan space combining three of the world’s oldest trades; coffee, grooming and flowers.
Trade Union is a short walk from St Katherines Dock, being situated on Thomas More Square, Wapping.
One
Decide if you want a cocktail, meal, haircut, coffee or to order flowers. Trade Union combines all of these so why not try all five. We went for everything apart from the haircut.
Two
Try the Halibut Fried Fish Taco’s for starter. This is dressed with union chilli sauce and pickled jalapeno, not forgetting the soft wonton taco shells.
Three
Order the rib eye steak, garlic roast tomato and fries. This is a large steak cooked perfectly to your liking. Make sure that you watch your steak being cooked in the open kitchen.

We didn’t try a pizza but Trade Union prides itself on its fresh sourdough pizza’s – there are gluten free options too.
Five
Use Trade Union as an office space to hold meetings in a relaxed atmosphere. They have charging hubs and super fast wifi – perfect for hot desking.
