Nowadays wears subjected to several unhealthy environment and lifestyle which makes it difficult to access the healthy food. I’m talking about the food we planted in our garden not the one from shops, which we don’t know how they grow it. 1. You act your age
You have to act according to your age. If you act like 60 year old while you’re twenty even the body will be like 60 year old granny.
2. You don’t exercise
During your pregnancy you have to increase to do physical push up in a safe way. There’s a certain styles in the gym for pregnant women do those. Stop to always sleeping you have to be active to give birth to a healthy baby.
3. Drinking plenty of water
Drinking lots of water during pregnancy can increase the chances of giving birth to a healthy bouncing baby.
4. Too much alcohol and caffeine
It’s a big no the doctor will always tell you that when you’re pregnant you must not consume alcohol and caffeine. Try atleast you can take those after giving birth to you baby.
5. Exposing yourself in the sun
I know it’s hard not to go out during pregnancy but exposing yourself in the sun can damage your skin in such a way that you will give birth to a old child i mean a child look like it’s a old person.
