Let me be the first to admit that I am also a lazy blogger. Yes! You too are a lazy blogger, because I know that you know deep down in you that there are a lot of things you want to do to your blog but you just haven’t done yet. Don’t think the reason you haven’t done those things you wanted to do is because you’re busy, the main reason is simply called laziness…
Let’s check our Wikipedia to know the simple but powerful word called laziness: Laziness (also called indolence) is disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so. Now you have it

Laziness can grow to become a habit which is very bad for both you and your blog. Keeping a healthy blog does not only mean you clean and maintain your blog frequently, it also means that you check and fix things around your blog, like; web traffic, commenting, socializing e.t.c…
Let me tell you a little story about one of my “lazy” attitude that I finally gave up: In February 2013 (which is this year), I said to myself that it’s time to take my blogs to the next level of making money. I decided that I want to join the affiliate marketing world. I have read some great books and E-books that are of the chain, I have even consulted and collected some advice from my blogger friends but still I was just too busy to join the affiliate world of marketing. Now I have the skill because I have read enough books and a little bit of guidance from my blogger friends, now it’s time to enter the battle field and applied what I have learnt, but… I was too damn busy to start the affiliate business. I wonder what was wrong with me, I mean I can do other stuffs, like; promoting my blog post over like 150 communities and social networks a day, I have the time to write posts for all my blogs, even have the time to maintain and create other blogs, but I just don’t have the spare time to start one thing that is also important.
I thought it was time but I keep postponing the task until one day I discovered that the problem is not time management but the main issue is “laziness”. I had to flush the laziness down the toilet and now, I am an affiliate marketer
. I started this month and I have sold one product so far5 Reasons That Shows You Are Also A Lazy Blogger
You might not agree with me that you are also a lazy blogger but here are some few things you do that shows to the public that you are a lazy blogger

You do not guest post:
You might not see this as laziness but I do. You have blog that is going 3yrs and you haven’t done any guest post? Why haven’t you done at-list one or 4 guest post in your 3yrs of blogging? If you have not done guest posting before or you have done just one, then you are lazy but if you fall into this category and you feel it’s not laziness, please do let us know by using the comment box below
You don’t post at your posting time:
If you are posting every Monday’s and Thursday’s around 9:04am GMT and suddenly you shifted the days to Wednesday’s and Sunday’s 4:04pm GMT. After a while, you shifted your blog post to once a week. The only reason I see here is, you’re a lazy blogger that is so lazy to come up with posts topic and therefore, losing the spirit of blogging.
You do not visit your commentators’ blog:
We all know that it takes time for someone to comment on any blog. Once somebody comments on your blog, it is good to complement the persons’ effort by going back to their blog and return the favor by commenting back on their blogs (if the post is interesting) but if you are not returning the favor, you’re a lazy blogger.
I know that some bloggers would say that it is not compulsory to visit commentators’ blog and drop a valuable comment but have you consider the huge positive impact it will also land on your blog? It will increase your web traffic, it will also give you backlinks and most of all it will attract your commentators to always come back and that can build a good relationship.
You don’t backup your blog:
You only blog two times a week and over 2yrs you have been blogging brilliantly. You have 70 plug-ins installed on your WordPress blog, you have deleted and re-upload even more plug-ins. One day, your blog crashes and the bad part is, you did not save your blogs data, which mean you don’t have a backup of your blog. Hey! You are nothing but a lazy blogger. Period
You are just not trying enough:
Like my elder brother would always tell me; do not play with your blog because it’s your business. When you’re being lazy, it will affect your blogging carrier by making you not advancing. My suggestion to you all bloggers is to leave those online habits and focus on what’s important, which is your blog.
