In the lofty Amsterdam apartment of Texas-born Hunter Hindman and Shelby Carr, mid-century modern mixes freely with contemporary Dutch design in a setting transposed from the 17th century. More specifically, the 1630s warehouse dates back to the Dutch Golden Age. More recently, the one-time coffee depot became an artist's studio that fell into disrepair.
