With help from architect Jonah Busick of Foundry12, designer Joel Contreras gave his 1927 bungalow in Phoenix’s Coronado Historic District a modern makeover. Now, the 800-square-foot house has two “faces,” one that preserves the past and another that celebrates contemporary design.
