Let in Natural Light
Fluorescent lights can be stressful on the eyes and brain. If your are able to open the blinds at work or bring in your own use bright natural lighting such as a lamp. Then turn off the florescent lights if you have your own office space. At home you can open the curtains and blinds to let in the sunshine. If possible, add skylights to your home.
I have found that opening the blinds and letting in the sunshine does wonders in the winter time. If I am lucky, I can even catch a few sun rays too.
