Bells of Steel makes terrific stuff. I’ve used plenty of their stuff over the years, including their medicine wall balls, adjustable weight bench, deadlifting pads, and more.
The Ham Slider has handles that means it doubles up as an ab roller, and you can loop up resistance bands to the slider to make things even more challenging.
At under $100 (check Bells of Steel’s website for current pricing), far cheaper than most GHD machines and Roman chairs, the Bells of Steel Glute Ham Slider is an excellent tool for building up a stronger posterior chain.
Titan Fitness Glute Ham Glider
Titan Fitness is another one of my favorite makers of fitness and home equipment gear, producing commercial-grade gear at a price that is affordable enough for those of us wanting to build out a home gym.
Whether it’s weight sleds for push-pull training, gymnastic rings or lat pulldown bars, Titan Fitness makes quality stuff.
Made of heavy-duty steel, their Glute Ham Glider rolls smoothly on four 3-inch wheels. The middle bar is V-shaped, allowing the heels to plant firmly in place while doing ham curls, and the two one-inch bars are great for doing roll outs.

Sorinex Glute Ham Roller
Made with steel, the Sorinex Glute Ham Roller is another example of a well-made, commercial-grade product that is affordably priced for home gyms.
The roller is over two feet wide, giving you plenty of options for foot stances. The V-shaped foot cup keeps your feet planted firmly in place. The two additional bars are a little slimmer than the Bells of Steel and Titan Fitness Models, but still provide plenty of bar to grip onto when doing rolling presses and roll outs.
Sorinex also sells these in a 10-pack, ideal for sport teams and commercial gyms. The 10-pack includes a rolling storage cart for easy storage.

Vulcan Glute/Hamstring/Ab Roller
Finally, we have Vulcan Strength Training Systems and their glute/hamstring/ab roller. Vulcan is probably best known for making some of the best bumper plates on the market, but they also make tons of excellent accessory gear.
Their ham roller is light, nearly half the weight of the Sorinex roller, but is still ready for battle, rated for a max weight capacity of 1,000 lbs.
Price-wise, the Vulcan roller is competitive, priced at around $70.
Ringside Power Wheel
While primarily an ab roller wheel, the Ringisde Power Wheel has foot inserts for you to slide your feet into so that you can do hamstring curls.
I like the ingenuity here, but the wheel is wobbly compared to the wider-stanced rollers. You end up spending more time and effort trying not to tip over versus targeted the glutes. The added challenge might be ideal for some, but I’d rather level up the resistance level with bands.
