The movie “42” is based on a true story in 1946. The film revolves around two men-the great Jackie Robinson and legendary Brooklyn Dodgers GM Branch Rickey. He takes brave stand against prejudice that changes the world by changing the game of baseball. But they face the unabashed racism from every side, and even Robinson was forced to demonstrate tremendous courage and restraint by not reacting in kind, knowing that any incident could destroy his and Rickey’s hopes. The movie is really wonderful and highly recommended.
