The latter ends in the other part of the lock, which prevents it from being removed. It is in this second part that the alarm is located, which sounds, in case of theft. Otherwise, the needle is maintained thanks to a system of balls which retains it. To remove the lock, nothing could be simpler, all you need is a magnet strong enough to remove the needle from the ball system. The objective is to let go of the balls that hold the needle, to remove the lock from your garment. To do this, take your magnet and pass it over the smaller rounded side of the lock. The beads will be attracted to the magnet and will no longer exert pressure on the needle. The latter will naturally detach from the lock and therefore from your garment. Remove a lock from a garment with a needle
To remove the lock on your garment, there are several solutions. We have already mentioned above, the trick of the magnet which is quite simple. But not everyone has it! This is why we are going to share with you another tip, just as effective! You will be able to wear your new garment without any constraint. It could not be easier, if the lock is rectangular in shape, you will need a small metal rod or a needle. The latter has a small opening with a small hole that you can see very easily. Simply insert your needle into the rod to defeat the mechanism and remove the lock from your purchase. Both simple and practical! If the lock is round in shape, you will need to twist it until the needle releases. To do this, hold one of the two parts of the lock to block it and turn the other in one direction then in the other to unlock the mechanism and move the balls so that the needle comes off. Here is ! You managed to remove the lock fairly quickly and you are finally ready to wear your garment as you wish.
There is another clever way to remove a lock using a lighter. Simply place the plastic part of the tag upside down and melt until the pin holding the tag in place is visible, then bend the tabs to remove the tag.
